Their RCLED visible light sources have unique properties that enable new applications and exciting improvements in existing applications. These properties include high bandwidth, high electro-optical conversion efficiency, narrow optical spectrum, and light emission in a narrow beam from a small circular spot. Firecomms RCLED operates at well over 100ºC.
