John has spent the last few years designing enterprise datacenters for major banks in Turkey.
In his role at the OCP Foundation, John is responsible for educating and facilitating the adoption of OCP hardware in Europe and is a sought-after keynote speaker, having presented to tens of thousands worldwide.

Adam Darby has been with Solarflare since 2012, having previously worked with Cisco. Solarflare provides key building blocks for Financial Services Data Centers, with every Major Exchange, Commercial Bank and Trading Institution in over 82 countries using Solarflare.
Darby's focus is on Managed Service and Cloud Solutions, particularly Solarflare's new SolarCapture turnkey solution, with 40GbE lossless-to-disk packet capture provided in an open platform. Darby s also a Lecturer for Web Technologies, Linux, Networking and Robotics in the Open University.
