We hope you're keeping well and safe as we continue to navigate the new normal.
I don't know about you, but I've recently been experiencing patchy Internet connections, whether personally or seeing people freeze or drop out of conference calls. It's quite obvious that the pressure is on critical tech infrastructure as millions are working from home and staying in watching Tiger King...
We've started a webinar series, which is there to help you find out about open networking and its benefits - increased cost savings, control, scalability, accelerated provisioning and more, presented by our Systems Engineer Barry, whose job it is to help you choose the right solution and support your deployment. So you can ensure bandwidth and capacity on your network for your staff as they work from home, and possibly for your end users as they binge on Netlix and homeschool. Read on to access the webinars...
Since 2012 hyperscale data center operators have enjoyed the benefits of the bare metal/whitebox revolution that has taken place in networking. Nearly a quarter of all switches now shipped are bare-metal and that does not include the brite boxes (bare-metal rebranded like HPE and Dell) in that figure. It has become easier to automate, scale, provision our data centers, not to mention the reduced CAPEX and OPEX. Read More.

Catch up with our latest Webinar: Unboxing Open Networking. There's many benefits of Open Networking: reduced network equipment expenses, greater and enhanced network services, automated and accelerated provisioning, no vendor lock-in, and reduced operating expenses. But what does the infrastructure actually look like under the hood? Watch the full Webinar here.

Catch up on our first Webinar: Bare-Metal Basics, where our System Engineer, Barry McGinley, walked our guests through how they can build a cost-effective network that is half the price to deploy and even cheaper to manage. A network that is more agile than your present proprietary one, and easier to automate, scale, secure, provision and upgrade. Watch here.
Edgecore's ECS5520-18X delivers wire-speed switching performance on all 10GbE ports, taking full advantage of aggregating high-performance Gigabit access switches with 10G uplinks, or ToR switches with links to 10G rack servers, significantly improving the responsiveness of applications as well as file and multimedia transfer times. The two built-in 40G QSFP+ ports provide uplink flexibility, which create 40Gbps high-speed uplinks to service provider core or spine switches, or corporate and campus networks, reducing bottlenecks and increasing the performance of the access network.

You've chosen a cloud-based solution for your network like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, but lately you've noticed that charges are starting to ramp and managing your public cloud expenditure is becoming a job in itself. Your data security is also a concern - if there is a breach on the cloud platform, your data is compromised. EPS and Cumulus are here to help you ease the transition back to a private or hybrid-cloud model which can alleviate fears around security, uptime, control and spiralling public cloud costs.
