Infrasolid develops and manufactures high-performance pulsable infrared radiation sources with a near black-body emittance for use in NDIR gas analysis and IR spectroscopy.
The outstanding properties of Infrasolid’s infrared emitters and the high miniaturization potential enable smaller, more powerful, and more efficient material analysis and gas measurement devices for a wide variety of applications. The low energy consumption, the high efficiency and the small size allow its use in portable, battery-powered, and mobile applications. Especially growing environmental, safety, and health awareness as well as increasing automation are creating a growing demand for reliable gas sensors, gas monitors and material analysis devices in industrial and consumer applications.
HISsmd series - Miniaturized infrared sources in SMD housing. HISsmd series emitters are small, powerful infrared radiation sources that meet the demands for reliable miniaturized gas sensors and offer a wide range of new application scenarios. The low energy consumption, the high efficiency and the small size allow the use in portable, battery-powered, and mobile applications. These innovative infrared light sources are used, for instance, in respiratory gas analysis, e.g. for the detection of CO₂ and breath alcohol, and in Smart Home and Smartphone applications. The pioneering SMD package enables a fully automated production in high-volume markets.
HISbasic series - Black-body infrared sources in TO-39/TO-5 package. HISbasic series emitters have an integrated gold plated reflector that directs the radiation emitted from the rear to the front in order to achieve maximum optical output and energy efficiency. The open and encapsulated emitters offer high performance for a wide spectral measuring range.
HISpower series - High-power infrared sources in TO-8 housing. HISpower series emitters are powerful and high-efficient infrared sources with hermetic sealing that are used in high-precision and stationary gas detection and gas monitoring (e.g. CO, CO2, NO, SO2, VOC, hydrocarbons), in infrared spectroscopy and as calibration source.
