WaveAnalyzer™ 200B – High-Resolution Optical Spectrum Analysis
The new WaveAnalyzer 200B Portable Optical Spectrum Analyzer builds on the success of the well-known WaveAnalyzer 200A. The 200B offers an increased wavelength range covering the entire Super C-Band from 190.55 THz to 196.775 THz (1523.53 nm to 1573.301 nm). Similar as the 200A, this unit uses a heterodyne measurement principle / in case of the WA 200B it enables a very fine resolution bandwidth of 650 MHz.
The WaveAnalyzer 200B is battery operated and comes with an easy-to-use touch screen based Graphical User Interface. It connects through Ethernet to networks and includes a webserver-based GUI and API for remote control applications.
This instrument will be demonstrated at ECOC and is orderable. Shipments will start in November. For more information, visit www.epsglobal.com.
