The Edgecore EPS201 is a superior Gigabit Ethernet Layer 3 switch, equipped with 54 ports. Specifically, the EPS201 boasts 48 x 10/100/1000BASE-T ports, 4 x 25G SFP28 uplink ports, and 2 x 100G QSFP28 uplink ports. This switch is perfect for use as a top-of-rack in data centers, or as an enterprise or campus switch.
It comes with redundant hot-swappable AC PSUs and offers port-to-power or power-to-port airflow. The EPS201 is an open network switch that comes pre-loaded with the Open Network Install Environment (ONIE). This feature allows for the installation of any compatible Network Operating System software, including both open source options and commercial NOS offerings.
