The SAU5041I and SAU5081I-4X are versatile, high-density compute hardware platforms specifically designed for cloud data centers. These systems are built on a standard Intel® Xeon® x86 hardware platform, housed in a 1RU full-width chassis configuration. Not only do they function as cloud servers, but these models are also perfect for use as a Unified Threat Management (UTM) gateway, SDN controller, or cloud appliance hardware platform.

The SAU5041I is equipped with dual sockets, with each socket supporting Intel® Xeon® E5-2600 V3/V4 series processors up to 14 cores (28 threads). Each socket also includes 4 DDR4 DIMM slots, allowing for up to 128 GB memory (32G*4). For storage, the SAU5041I offers one M.2 SSD and four SATA III high-speed SSDs. Additionally, the SAU5041I provides quad 10 Gbps SFP+ network ports for high-bandwidth connections to the network.

On the other hand, the SAU5081I-4X supports two nodes in a 1RU full-width chassis design. Each node supports dual sockets, with each socket compatible with Intel ® Xeon ® E5-2600 V3/V4 series processors of up to 14 cores (28 threads). Each socket also includes 4 DDR4 DIMM slots, allowing for up to 128 GB memory per socket. For storage, the SAU5081I-4X offers five M.2 high-speed SSDs. Like the SAU5041I, the SAU5081I-4X also provides quad 10 Gbps SFP+ network ports for high-bandwidth connections to the network.
