Product Detail

The PAG7820LT is a QVGA Global Shutter Image Sensor created by Pixart. It features ultra-low power consumption and enhanced NIR quantum efficiency. The sensor supports smart motion detection, auto-exposure, and auto-gain control functionalities. It also includes ROI (Region of Interest) functionality, binning, and skipping modes. The sensor is a CMOS Image Sensor with a CSP package type, measuring 5.1mm x 5.0mm x 0.75mm. It has a resolution of 1280x800 pixels with a pixel size of 3.0µm. The maximum frame rate is 120fps, with an average operating power consumption of 110mW at 120fps and 70mW at 60fps. Interfaces include MIPI & Parallel for pixel data and I2C for register control. The sensor has a dynamic range of 68dB and a signal-to-noise ratio of 38dB. Supply voltages are 2.8 to 3.3V for analog, 1.2V for digital, and 1.8V/3.3V for I/O.
