The PAJ7620U2 by Pixart is a small form factor module designed for object motion sensing and gesture recognition. It integrates a Gesture Recognition Sensor, LED, and Lens. The module supports single-object gesture recognition with an auto-interruption function and operates in either Gesture mode or Cursor mode. In Gesture mode, it recognizes up to 9 pre-defined gestures, while Cursor mode provides real-time data on the position, size, and brightness of the object. The module operates at a distance of up to 20cm and is AEC-Q100 compliant (Grade 3). It interfaces via I2C/UART and can function in dark environments.
