The PAR2460QM-TN is a highly integrated chip by Pixart, featuring 2.4GHz RF and MCU. It is designed for low-power consumption, making it suitable for 2.4GHz wireless devices, especially wireless keyboards. The chip pairs with a USB dongle using the PAR2402 receiver to form a complete 2.4GHz system. It includes an integrated 8051 microprocessor and 16KB OTP. Communication interfaces include SPI, I2C, UART, and 31 GPIO. The chip supports Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0, with an ARM Cortex-M0 CPU, 128kB Flash, and 80kB SRAM. It operates at 1.9~3.6V (Buck) or 0.9~1.65V (Boost) and comes in a QFN-48 package.
