The NVMe1016 is a single chip 32-channel NAND Flash controller with PCIe Gen3 x8 or dual independent PCIe Gen3 x4 (active/active or active/standby) host interface. The NVMe1016 is optimized for high performance 4KB random read/write operations and performs all Flash management operations on-chip, thus consuming negligible host processing and host RAM resources and supporting standard NVM Express host control interface.
