The NVMe1032 is optimized for high performance 4KB random read/write operations and performs all Flash management operations on-chip, thus consuming negligible host processing and host RAM resources and supporting standard NVM Express host control interface.Microsemi's NVMe1032 provides the data integrity and reliability features expected in enterprise class solutions. All memories are protected with SECDED ECC. Internal data path protection eliminates the possibility of silent data corruption. Flash reliability is ensured through a combination of exceptionally strong ECC and Flash channel RAID.
