AMX3200 is a new-generation coherent transponder and muxponder with 3.2 Tbps switching capacity that is designed for building high-capacity optical transport networks.

AMX3200 is designed and built as a disaggregated system to offer flexibility with different NOS options in modular sled-based line modules.

AMX3200 is designed to expand Datacenter Interconnect (DCI), and service provider backhaul over the coherent-wavelength-supporting C-band channel in different applications based on CFP2-DCO specifications.

  • Complies with OIF400ZR, OpenZR+, and OpenROADM industry standards
  • Supports 400G, 300G, 200G, and 100G optical line rates over modulation formats DP-16QAM, DP-8QAM, DP-QPSK, and dQPDK
  • 4 × 100G/200/300/400G discrete, pluggable network ports up to 16 × 100 GbE/OTU4 (QSFP28)
  • Modular 1RU sled design
  • Maximum 1.6 Tbps capacity per sled
