Endurance represents a series of compact transceiver modules, specifically designed for Fibre Channel and Ethernet optical data links. These modules leverage our proprietary ICs, ensuring a compact design and minimal power usage. The unique design of Endurance, featuring two through-hole mounting posts and direct soldering of pins to the board, eliminates the need for a host cage. This compact module design not only conserves critical board space but also facilitates the side-by-side mounting of multiple modules on a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) for increased port density. The module's straightforward serial interface is protocol-independent, making it suitable for a diverse range of applications. Additionally, the module offers digital diagnostic functions for monitoring and control via a 2-wire serial interface.
