Packet visibility begins with the network TAP (test access point), a hardware device that enables the access and monitoring of network traffic by duplicating packets without compromising or impacting network integrity.
Garland's Single-mode Passive Fiber Network TAP offers full duplex packet visibility, ensuring that every bit, byte, and packet is visible to your tools.
These TAPs come in high-density portable and 1U form factors. As non-powered devices, they will not cause live network devices to lose their link to each other if power is lost. Single-mode TAPs are specifically designed for long-range connectivity.
Garland Technology ensures complete network visibility by delivering a full platform of network access products to include: Passive Fiber TAPs, Copper TAPs, Aggregator and Regeneration TAPs, Filtering TAPs, Bypass TAP, as well, Network Packet Broker devices.
