In most cases, EPS Global will accept product returns within 30 days of receipt of product(s) subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

EPS Global will assess all products returned by the customer. If EPS Global determines such products are eligible for return, EPS Global will replace the product or issue a refund depending on the circumstances. To facilitate processing of returned merchandise please contact a Customer Service representative to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning product(s).

If EPS Global agrees to accept a return, return freight charges must be prepaid by the customer; we will not accept COD shipments. EPS Global is not responsible for loss or damage due to the carrier or freight provider.

Some products may require that they be returned directly to the manufacturer. Returns relating to manufacturers' warranties are subject to the warranty period, terms and conditions of the applicable manufacturer's warranty and the manufacturer's return policies. Please contact a Customer Service representative for details.

To qualify for return and exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the receipt of products, and be accompanied by the original invoice number.
  • A customer may return products to EPS Global only with an RMA issued by EPS Global including necessary contact information (including but not limited to name, organization, phone number, address, email, purchased date).
  • The return should be in the original product packaging and in unused condition (except defective). ESD or moisture-sensitive devices should be handled correctly, ESD product that has not been handled correctly will not be eligible for return.
  • Parts specified as Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (NCNR) at the time of quote or sale are not eligible for return.
  • Only products originally shipped from EPS Global will be returned to EPS Global. By returning any product to EPS Global, you are stating that the returned product was purchased from EPS Global, and there has been no substitution in whole or part of the same product from another supplier, distributor or other source.
