The Apposite 100G Network WAN Emulator is the perfect solution for testing and validating network performance in a wide variety of scenarios. This device features two QSFP28+ Ethernet ports, a maximum aggregate throughput of 150 Gbps, and an emulation engine that supports up to 100 Gbps. With a maximum packet rate of 32 million pps, and a maximum frame size of 9 KB, the Apposite 100G is capable of packet classification based on IP source & destination address range (IPv4 or IPv6), VLAN, TCP or UDP port number, IP ToS, MAC address, MPLS label, or any other packet contents. Bandwidth can be adjusted from 100 bps to 100 Gbps in 1 bps increments, and delay can be adjusted from 0 ms to 10,000 ms or greater in each direction in 0.01 ms increments, with the option of constant, uniform, or normal distributions. Loss and corruption can be set to random, burst, periodic, BER, Gilbert-Elliott, or recorded loss, and data corruption, network outages, and background utilization can be set from 0-100% in increments of 0.1%. The Apposite 100G also offers RED or tail drop queue management, priority or round robin queuing, and PCAP replay.
