The ECS2100 Series, a new offering from Edgecore, combines the benefits of web-smart and L2 managed switches. This series brings together the affordability of web-smart switches with a wide range of management options, including a console port on the L2 managed switches. The ECS2100 Series is equipped with robust software and hardware features, making it an ideal solution for both SMB and enterprise markets. It offers both non-PoE and PoE options.

The ECS2100 Series provides comprehensive PoE solutions ranging from 65 W to 370 W. The ECS2100-10PE, the most compact managed PoE switch in the series (height: 2.65 cm), is a cost-effective solution with robust software and security features. This switch can be conveniently mounted in various small spaces, on a wall, or in a rack.

The ECS2100-10P is a full-PoE fanless design switch, capable of supporting up to 8 ports at 15.4W, or 4 ports at 30 W, catering to the growing power needs of users. The ECS2100-28PP, another PoE switch in the series, delivers a default 370 W of PoE power, making it suitable for future IP cameras, IP telephones, or access points.

The ECS2100 Series supports 8, 24, and 48 10/100/1000BASE-T ports, with each switch supporting 2 or 4 Gigabit SFP ports. In addition to IPv4 and IPv6 features, the ECS2100 Series also supports L3 static routing. The series incorporates the best green-saving technologies (IEEE 802.3az and Green-Ethernet). Leveraging the Energy Efficient Ethernet standard, the switch automatically reduces power consumption during periods of low network traffic.
