The visibility of a network begins with the packet. A network TAP (test access point) is a hardware device that enables the user to access and monitor their network traffic. This is achieved by copying packets without compromising or impacting the integrity of the network.
AggregatorTAPs are utilized to capture 100% full duplex traffic. This traffic can then be directed to multiple monitoring appliances or condensed to a single monitoring port for network analysis.
The AggregatorTAP: Copper High Density is designed to provide network traffic for out-of-band monitoring. It is specifically engineered to prevent traffic from being sent back onto the network. These devices, built specifically for network hardware, enforce a one-way data flow from multiple network segments to a monitoring destination. They provide physical hardware separation, ensuring the protection of critical digital systems, such as industrial control systems (ICS), from inbound cyber threats.
Garland Technology ensures complete network visibility by delivering a full platform of network access products to include: Passive Fiber TAPs, Copper TAPs, Aggregator and Regeneration TAPs, Filtering TAPs, Bypass TAP, as well, Network Packet Broker devices.
